The opinion filed in this case on November 27, 2002, is modified as follows:
Opinion on page 33, line 4 [103 Cal.App.4th 1307, advance report], the award of costs portion of the Disposition is modified to read:
"The plaintiffs shall recover their costs on appeal."
Except for the modification hereinabove set forth, the opinion previously filed remains unchanged. This modification does not change the judgment.
