ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed in this court on December 4, 2013, without payment of the requisite filing fee. On December 17, 2013, appellant filed a notice of voluntary dismissal of appeal. Appellant's notice is construed as a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. Accordingly, cause appearing, appellant's motion is granted and this appeal is hereby dismissed.

Appellant's failure to pay the Supreme Court filing fee could constitute an independent basis on which to dismiss this appeal.

It is so ORDERED.
