ORDER
Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). This Court's January 17, 2024 order provided notice regarding the nature of the defects in this filing and a 21-day deadline for correcting those defects. The defects were not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with an application in conformance with MCR 7.205(B)(1) and MCR 7.212(B) and (C); a copy of the order being appealed, MCR 7.205(B)(2); a copy of relevant transcripts or proof of ordering, MCR 7.205(B)(4); and a copy of the lower court register of actions, MCR 7.205(B)(2). Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
