Verdict entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant, Atlas Sand and Gravel Company, Inc., and order entered denying defendant's motion for judgment n.o.v. and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant, Atlas Sand and Gravel, Inc., appealed. Appeal, No. 734, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, No. 276 of 1976. Argued October 24, 1978.
