The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied. To the extent the petitioner seeks relief related to the judgments entered and the sentences imposed in Case No. 1991-CF-381-A, the petition is denied as procedurally barred. See Denson v. State, 775 So. 2d 288, 290 (Fla. 2000); Breedlove v. Singletary, 595 So. 2d 8, 10 (Fla. 1992). To the extent the petitioner is seeking relief related to the order rendered on July 6, 2010, by the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Martin County, Florida, the petition is denied on the merits.
