Appellant's brief was due on May 2, 2003. Appellant has not filed its brief nor has it responded to two notices from the Clerk warning the appeal would be dismissed unless appellant filed its brief and an extension motion within ten days. Therefore, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c).
