Following review of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed as moot.
Upon consideration of the Motion for Appellate Attorney's Fees and Costs filed by Respondent, it is ordered that said motion is conditionally granted and remanded to the trial court to fix amount. Petitioner's Verified Motion for Appellate Attorney's Fees and Leave to Deem Same Filed with Reply is hereby denied.
