We REINSTATE this appeal.
Before the Court is the request of the Honorable Amber Givens, Presiding Judge, 282nd Judicial District Court, for extension of time to comply with this Court's order of August 21, 2023. We GRANT the request and ORDER the trial court's findings and reporter's record of the hearing due NOVEMBER 13, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Amber Givens, Presiding Judge, 282nd Judicial District Court; Lisa V. Jackson, Official Court Reporter for the 282nd Judicial District Court; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
This appeal is ABATED for the trial court to comply with this order and this Court's order of August 21, 2023. The appeal will be reinstated when the Court receives the trial court's findings and recommendations or at such other time as the Court deems appropriate.
