Appeal, No. 467, Jan. T., 1972, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, May T., 1971, No. 11, in case of Leo Gerwell v. Louis Blockus and Stella Blockus. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before BROMINSKI, P. J.

Decree nisi entered granting limited relief to plaintiff; exceptions by plaintiff dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.

Joseph J. Musto, with him Bedford, Waller, Griffith, Darling and Mitchell, for appellant.

John E. O'Connor, with him Flanagan, Doran, Biscontini Shaffer, for appellees.


Decree affirmed. Costs to be equally divided.
