Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, on the ground that defendant's moving affidavits show that at the time of the accident the automobile driver was acting for the defendant. ( Jones v. Weigand, 134 App. Div. 644.) Jenks, P.J., Thomas, Putnam, Blackmar and Kelly, JJ., concurred.
