On February 22, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and that he was waiting to receive a signed stipulated decision back from petitioner Jeremy Paul Gering.

ORDERED that, on or before March 27, 2024, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a status report with the Court.
