Judgment and orders affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Lewis, J., who dissents as to defendant Maeder and votes for reversal on the law and a new trial as to her. (The judgment awards damages for personal injuries in an automobile negligence action. The order denies a motion for a new trial on the minutes.)
