In an action to recover the unpaid balance of the purchase price for the sale and installation of a water refrigerating machine at defendant's bottling plant, pursuant to a written contract, and for extra work and materials furnished with respect to the machine after its installation, judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant, after trial before the court without a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
