MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Francis, Fillmore, and Schenck
Opinion by Justice Francis

On May 24, 2016, GeoTag Inc. filed a letter informing the Court that the parties had settled. In response, we instructed the parties to file, by June 3, 2016, a motion to dismiss the appeal. We cautioned the parties that the failure to file the motion within the time specified would result in our dismissing the appeal without further notice. To date, the parties have not filed a motion to dismiss. Therefore, we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c).
