On October 27, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion To Dismiss which the Court will recharacterize as petitioners' motion for entry of decision. On October 27, 2022, petitioners further filed a Declaration of Prem George In Support of Motion to Dismiss which the Court will recharacterize as petitioners' declaration of Prem George in support of motion for entry of decision. In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above motion to dismiss, filed October 27, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' above declaration of Prem George, filed October 27, 2022, is recharacterized as petitioners' Declaration of Prem George In Support of Motion for Entry of Decision. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 21, 2022, respondent shall file an Objection, if any, to petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion.
