Opinion

No. VV-143.

June 16, 1981.

Appeal from an order of Deputy Commissioner Stephen J. Johnson, Jr.

James M. Hess, of Driscoll, Langston, Layton Kane, Orlando, for appellants.

Ronald J. Langa, of Maher, Overchuck Langa, Orlando, for appellee.

We affirm this compensation order in all respects except for the deputy commissioner's failure to credit the employer/carrier for the 10 percent permanent disability benefits timely accepted and paid. The order is affirmed in part and reversed in part and remanded to the deputy to amend his order to give the employer/carrier the proper credit.

McCORD and LARRY G. SMITH, JJ., and LILES, WOODIE A., (Retired) Associate Judge, concur.
