ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondents Harte Placements, Inc., d/b/a Nassau-Johrens Registry Agency, Eileen Harte, and Samuel Harte pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 28, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 22, 2013, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
