In an action for a declaratory judgment, order, on reargument, adhering to the original decision denying appellant's motion for leave to serve a supplemental answer and for a jury trial, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur. [See post, pp. 1023, 1087.]
