On August 31, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that respondent's counsel believes petitioner's current mailing address has changed. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address on the Court's records is changed to: Weber County Jail, #533164, P.O. Box 14000, Ogden, UT 84412. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner, a copy of the Court's August 17, 2021, Order denying respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim.

Petitioner is reminded that Tax Court Rule 21(b)(4) requires any party to promptly notify the Court, by notice of change of mailing address filed with the Court, of that party's change of mailing address.
