District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
May 13, 2002
815 So. 2d 786 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2002)

Opinion

No. 1D01-2366.

May 13, 2002.

An Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims. Donna S. Remsnyder, Judge.

Robert A. LeVine of Newman, LeVine Metzler, P.A., Tampa, for Appellants/Cross-Appellees.

Ivan Matusek of Matusek, McKnight, Poluse Cangro, P.A., St. Petersburg, for Appellee/Cross-Appellant.

We find that the judge of compensation claims (JCC) correctly ordered the claimant, Bobbie Lynn Cox, to be evaluated by an expert medical advisor, and remand the JCC's order for reconsideration in light of the expert medical advisor's report.

DAVIS, PADOVANO and LEWIS, JJ., concur.
