By letter dated May 21, 2012, the Court informed appellant that her brief was past due. We directed appellant to file a brief and extension motion within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to file a brief within ten days would result in dismissal of her appeal.
As of today's date, appellant has not filed a brief. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1) & 42.3(b).
