JANICE GAVAGNI, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

Due to an inadvertent clerical error, on February 28, 2022, the Court issued two Orders directing petitioner to file an amended petition and pay the Court's filing fee (Docket Index Nos. 3 and 4). On March 11, 2022, respondent filed an answer to the petition. On March 28, 2022, petitioner paid the filing fee for this case. Petitioner has not filed an amended petition in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order, filed February 28, 2022, at Docket Index No. 3, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, as respondent has filed an answer to the petition, petitioner is no longer required to file an amended petition in this case.
