Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 30, 2020, (Case No. 2021-02139) and on or about June 23, 2022, (Case No. 2022-02687)

And plaintiff-appellant having moved, pro se, to consolidate the appeals and for an extension of time in which to perfect same under one docket number, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal from the November 30, 2020 order (Case No. 2021-02139) to the March 2023 Term of this Court, with no further extensions to be granted. The branch of the motion which seeks consolidation of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (See, 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
