This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 13, 2024, in Des Moines, Iowa.

On April 23, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During the conference call, the parties requested that this case be set for a time and date certain for trial. Counsel for Petitioner informed the Court that he has not had contact with his client in quite some time and does not believe Petitioner will appear at the Trial Session. The Court informed the parties that this case will be set time and date certain for Monday, May 13, 2024, at 01:00 p.m. CT, but will still be called at the 10:00 a.m. CT calendar call in case Petitioner does appear before the Court.
