Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on March 28, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to January 29, 2013, and February 7, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Joan Casilio Adams, Esq., sworn to February 6, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 30, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 30, 2013, and inserting in its place the date March 29, 2013.
