DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by New York Injured Workers' Bar Association for permission to file a brief amicus curiae upon the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the New York Injured Workers' Bar Association shall file and serve an original and nine copies of the brief amicus curiae and serve two copies of the brief amicus curiae on or before May 11, 2018.
