No. 14-05-00035-CR

Memorandum Opinion filed March 17, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.2(b).

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 4, Harris County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 1260351. Dismissed.

Panel consists of Justices YATES, ANDERSON, and HUDSON.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

After a jury trial, appellant was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of carrying a weapon, and was sentenced on January 5, 2005, to 14 days in the Harris County jail. On March 8, 2005, a supplemental clerk's record was filed, containing the trial court's order granting appellant's motion for new trial. Because the motion for new trial has been granted, this appeal is moot. Accordingly, we order the appeal dismissed. We direct the Clerk of the Court to issue the mandate of the Court immediately.
