MEMORANDUM OPINION
On January 31, 2006, George Gary, Jr. filed his notice of appeal in this case, which was forwarded to this Court on March 2, 2006. On the following day, we notified appellant, by separate notices, that the $125 filing fee and docketing statement were due and that his notice of appeal was defective. We gave appellant ten days to file a docketing statement and pay the filing fee and thirty days to file an amended notice of appeal. We warned that if he failed to comply with our directives, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice.
Additionally, by letter dated March 24, 2006, we informed appellant that the clerk's record has not been filed in this appeal because he has not paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee. We instructed appellant to provide to this Court written verification that he has paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk's fee or provide written documentation that he is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We informed appellant that failure to provide the requested documentation within ten days could result in the dismissal of this appeal.
As of today's date, appellant has not paid his filing fee, filed a docketing statement or an amended notice of appeal, or provided documentation regarding payment for the clerk's record. In fact, appellant has not responded to any of our notices or communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.
Accordingly, on our own motion, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Appendix to Tex.R.App.P. (B)(1)(a); Tex.R.App.P. 5, 25.1(d), 32.1, 37.3(b), 42.3(b), (c).
