On October 25, 2022, after appellant provided written verification of his request for the reporter's record, we ordered Terri Etekochay, Official Court Reporter for the 101st Judicial District Court, to file, no later than November 28, 2022, the reporter's record or written verification no record exists or appellant has failed to pay the fee. By letter filed November 4, 2022, Ms. Etekochay informs the Court that, while appellant contacted her about the record, he has not yet returned the "designation form" so she can provide him an estimate of the cost for the record.
Based on Ms. Etekochay's letter, we ORDER appellant to file, no later than November 18, 2022, written verification he has returned the "designation form" to Ms. Etekochay and specified which proceedings he is requesting be transcribed. We caution appellant that failure to comply may result in the appeal being submitted on the clerk's record alone. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
