Garrison v. Triton Apartments, Inc.

Supreme Court of Florida
Jun 9, 1965
176 So. 2d 90 (Fla. 1965)

Opinion

No. 34109.

June 9, 1965.

Writ of certiorari to Florida Industrial Commission.

F. Perry Odom of Ervin, Pennington, Varn Jacobs, Tallahassee, and Gale K. Greene, Sarasota, for petitioner.

John J. O'Riorden of Dart, Bell Dickinson, Sarasota, Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, and J. Franklin Garner, Lakeland, for respondents.

We have heard oral argument on the petition for certiorari to review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission which affirmed an order of a deputy commissioner denying certain compensation benefits.

A careful study of the record and briefs leads us to conclude that the writ should be denied.

It is so ordered.

DREW, C.J., ROBERTS, THORNAL and O'CONNELL, JJ., and KING, Circuit Judge, concur.
