Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeal taken by Town of Schuyler Falls is dismissed, without costs, unless Town of Schuyler Falls shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief on or before November 25, 2013, in which event the motion to dismiss the appeal taken by Town of Schuyler Falls is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeal taken by Wayne A. Reeves, is dismissed, without costs, unless Wayne A. Reeves shall file and serve a brief on or before December 26, 2013, in which event the motion to dismiss the appeal taken by Wayne A. Reeves, is denied.
