This case was originally set for trial in Chicago, Illinois on May 23, 2022, but was continued with jurisdiction maintained by this Division of the Court.

On June 29, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report, in which the Court was informed that petitioners are awaiting consideration of their case from the Internal Revenue Service's Independent Office of Appeals (Appeals). Respondent has requested one-hundred and twenty (120) days to allow the parties to work toward a settlement of their case with Appeals and agreed to submit another status report at such time.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 31, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either joint or separate status reports as to the then-present status of this case.
