Opinion

No. 05-07-00918-CR

Opinion issued August 13, 2007. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47.

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F06-72352-P.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, BRIDGES, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Jose Batres Garcia pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated, see Tex. Pen. Code Ann. §§ 49.04, 49.09 (Vernon 2003 Supp. 2006), and true to one enhancement paragraph. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at five years' imprisonment and a $2000 fine. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification, which states that the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
