Do not publish. Tex.R.App.P. 47.2 (b).

On appeal from the 214th District Court of Nueces County, Texas.

Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Benavides and Tijerina

MEMORANDUM OPINION

GINA M. BENAVIDES, JUSTICE

Appellant Oranica Lynn Garcia filed a notice of appeal from a judgment revoking her community supervision in trial court cause number 18FC-1998F in the 214th District Court of Nueces County, Texas. However, on September 20, 2022, Garcia filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. The motion was filed before we reached a decision in the case, and the motion was signed by both Garcia and her attorney. See id. R. 42.2(a).

Accordingly, we grant Garcia's motion to dismiss, and we dismiss the appeal. See id. Having dismissed the appeal at Garcia's request, no motion for rehearing will be entertained.
