ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's July 1, 2020 motion for extension of time to file his brief. In his motion, appellant points out that the brief is not yet due in cause no. 05-20-00548-CR because the clerk's record has not yet been filed.
We GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before August 5, 2020.
We further ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file the clerk's record in cause no. 05-20-00548-CR on or before July 24, 2020.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to transmit copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to the Dallas County District Clerk and to counsel for the parties.
