On May 4, 2023, attorney Amy Eubanks Perkins filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for Appellee Elizabeth J. Ranft, formerly known as Elizabeth J. Ranft-Garcia. The motion satisfies the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.5. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.5(a), (b). Although the motion states counsel served Ranft with a copy of the motion and informed her of her right to object, Ranft has not objected or otherwise responded to the motion. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion and ORDER attorney Amy Eubanks Perkins and the Law Office of Amy Perkins, PC withdrawn as counsel for Appellee Elizabeth J. Ranft.
