Before the Court is appellant's December 22, 2023 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file her notice of appeal. We GRANT the motion and deem the notice of appeal tendered to this court on December 20, 2023 timely for jurisdictional purposes.
Appellant also requests that we consolidate this appeal with cause number 05-23-01264-CV, which is styled the same, stems from the same underlying trial court proceeding, and concerns the same parties, facts, and issues. We GRANT the motion. We CONSOLIDATE cause number 05-23-01264-CV into this appeal. All documents from cause number 05-23-01264-CV shall be transferred into this appeal. The parties shall now proceed under 05-23-01295-CV alone.
The clerk's record REMAINS DUE January 8, 2024.
For administrative purposes, cause number 05-23-01264-CV is treated as CLOSED.
