This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed April 4, 2024, and heard on May 8, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar for trial in New York, New York. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and advised the Court as to the status of the case.
