ORDER OF REASSIGNMENT
The above captioned case was assigned to United States Magistrate Judge Mikel II. Williams from the random civil draw. Upon the initial review of the Complaint, Judge Williams must recuse himself from any proceedings associated with this case because his spouse owns shares of Albertson's, Inc. stock and therefore has a financial interest in a party to the proceeding. See 28 U.S.C. § 455 (b)(4) (stating that a judge shall disqualify himself when "[h]e knows that he . . . or his spouse . . . has a financial interest . . . in a party to the proceeding. . . .). Accordingly, this case is hereby reassigned to Honorable Larry M. Boyle for further proceedings.
