JIE GAO & CHENGJU WANG, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

MARK V. HOLMES JUDGE

The Court issued an oral opinion in this case back in May 2023. Because the Court found partially in favor of both parties, a computation needed to be done. Respondent reports that petitioners found some mistakes in the computations and the IRS needs to run them again. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before June 8, 2024 the parties will submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report.
