ORDER
Plaintiff's application for appointment of counsel is granted. The Court hereby appoints Peter K. Vigeland, Esq., as attorney for plaintiff. Counsel shall be eligible to apply for compensation pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 as permitted by law but not otherwise.
