ORDER

On August 31, 2022, petitioners filed a status report. On September 1, 2022, respondent filed a status report.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, for cases in which Portland, Oregon, is listed as the place of trial. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that the standing pretrial order issued February 11, 2021, remains in effect. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 16, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case.

This order constitutes official notice to the parties.
