ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Anthony Gamble, a California parolee, filed a civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA"). The court reviewed the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915, found several defects in it, ordered Gamble to cure the defects by filing an amended complaint no later than July 30, 2004, and warned him that failure to file the amended complaint by the deadline would result in the dismissal of the action. See June 29, 2004 Order Of Dismissal With Leave To Amend. The deadline has passed and Gamble has not filed any amended complaint. Accordingly, this action is dismissed because the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted against the defendants.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
