The Court GRANTS the Court Reporter's request for extension of time within which to file the Reporter's Record until April 20, 2024. Absent extraordinary circumstances, additional extensions will be disfavored.
It is further ORDERED that Anita Toloy, Official Court Reporter for the 168th District Court of El Paso County, Texas, prepare the Reporter's Record and forward the same to this Court on or before April 20, 2024.
