ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo, Chief Special Trial Judge.

This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case, presently set for trial in Dallas, Texas, during the trial session scheduled to begin in that city on September 9, 2024, is before the Court on respondent's Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness, filed May 24, 2024.

Giving due regards to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is set for hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served April 9, 2024, at a time and date certain of 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on Monday, September 9, 2024, as previously directed and otherwise need not comply with the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order served April 9, 2024.
