Opinion by Justice Whitehill
Before the Court is appellant's motion to dismiss the appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).
In the motion, appellant requests we transfer the record in this appeal to an appeal it anticipates filing once the case "sufficiently ripens." We deny the request. Appellant may file a motion to transfer the record in the anticipated appeal once that appeal is filed.
