This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 16, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia trial session. On April 16, 2024, the Court issued a Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order in this case. Those documents were returned to the Court as undeliverable. On July 2, 2024, the Court spoke with Mr. Gallagher, and he provided his new address. So that he is properly served documents in connection with his case, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk shall update Mr. Gallagher's address of record to the address he provided. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk shall re-serve the Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order to Mr. Gallagher at his new address of record.
