ORDER
Geneva Garcia filed a Notification of Late Record in this court stating that additional time is required to prepare the reporter's record in this appeal because appellant has failed to pay the fee for preparing the record. Appellant is indigent, and therefore, entitled to preparation of the reporter's record without payment of the fee. The reporter's record was originally due May 7, 2017.
It is therefore ORDERED that Geneva Garcia file the reporter's record in this court no later than July 31, 2017. NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS OF TIME WILL BE ALLOWED.
