JUDGMENT
Defendants having moved the Court for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, of the Feda al Rules of Civil Procedure, and the said motion having Home on before the Honorable Gerard L. Goettel, United States District Judge, and the Court thereafter on January 25, 1979, having handed down its opinion granting the said motion, it is,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED: That the complaint be and it is hereby dismissed in its entirety.
