ORDER
This matter is before the Magistrate Judge on the parties' oral request to modify the Court's earlier Order establishing a discovery completion date of February 28, 2013 (Doc. 32).
The parties will mediate this matter on March 15, 2013 (Doc. 34).
In an effort by both parties to limit attorney time and expenses in this matter, they request this Court establish a new discovery cutoff date of 30 April 2013, to permit the parties to complete discovery necessary for trial, but that need not be completed prior to mediation of this matter.
Counsel's approval of this request and this Order are noted herein below.
Based upon the request and agreement of the parties, the scheduling order is AMENDED to provide that all discovery must be completed on or before 30 April 2013. All other deadlines shall remain as scheduled.
